Properties

CEWELD E DUR 400 Kb coatings are crack-free and can still be easily machined with carbide tools.
The electrode can be welded well on alternating current
welded, also in position, which in some cases makes the removal of wear parts unnecessary. The slag is easy to remove.

Properties

CEWELD E DUR 300 Kb shows excellent resistance to high impact stress in combination with abrasion including metal-to-metal friction. CEWELD E DUR 300 Kb is exceptionally easy to apply with no risk of cracking and can also be applied to austenitic manganese steels, where 300 HB is usually almost reached in the first layer. The weld metal can be machined with carbide tools. CEWELD E DUR 300 Kb shows a very good seam appearance and excellent welding properties for both AC and DC+. Preheating is not necessary.
